Adriano again linked with WHU

Adriano again linked with WHU

05 November 2007 - 23:02

Inter Milan striker Adriano is again being linked with an audacious move to West Ham. The Brazilian is reportedly very unhappy in Italy and desperate for a move to the Premiership, but fears over his weight and morale have meant him being more of a bit-part player under Roberto Mancini.

  • Chelsea ready to pay €75m for Eduardo Camavinga
  • Chelsea planning move for Strasbourg striker Joaquin Panichelli

  • It is believed that a loan deal worth over £2m could be in the offing for the Hammers, who were chasing the Brazilian at the beginning of the summer.

Should West Ham sign the striker, it will add much needed attacking impetus to their squad.

Controcampo says West Ham directors have made contact with Inter in the last 24 hours and are prepared to pay up to £15m if the loan option is unavailable.
