Liverpool defender Agger rules out Barcelona move

Liverpool defender Daniel Agger has told reporters that he will not be joining Barcelona. After the 1-0 victory over Stoke City at Anfield on Saturday, Agger was quizzed by reporters regarding a potential move to Spain.

Barcelona have been linked with a transfer for several new players this summer, despite Gerardo Martino confirming that signing a defender is <a href="15253/Chelsea-Liverpool-breath-sigh-of-relief-after-Barcelona-rule-out-defensive-move.html">not one of his priorities</a>.<br />

"I am fully focused on what is going on here at Liverpool," Agger said.<br />

"I do not need to comment on it. We have enough to do here. We're working very hard. My heart is still for Liverpool. It always has been. It always will be."
