Arsenal will be missing their attacking midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for at least three months after scans revealed some damage on his knee. The England international left the Emirates Stadium on crutches.
“He is definitely out,” Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said. “A knee problem. We don’t know how deep the problem is, but it’s a bad injury.”
The starlet will certainly miss Wednesday's crucial game in the Champions League qualifying round against Turkish side Fenerbahce.
