The Baggies manager Steve Clarke had tried to induce the former French striker in changing his mind but Anelka did not train with his team-mates on Thursday as he walked out of the club.&nbsp;<br /><br />The former French International signed as a free-agent for the Baggies this summer, but having experienced a recent tragedy in his personal life and talks to a satisfying solution yet to come up with the Premier League side, the 34-year-old looks set to pave way from the footballing spectrum.&nbsp;<br /><br />Manager Steve Clarke had earlier claimed that the Frenchman did not deserve the unwanted reputation and he would prove to be a big hit at the Hawthorns this season.<br />&nbsp;
