Queens Park Rangers have completed the signing of Blackpool's English winger Matt Phillips for a nominal fee of £5million.
Phillips had been sidelined with an arm injury and hasn't featured this season for the seasiders. <br />
Harry Redknapp was in the market for wingers and was thought to be intersted in Blackpool's Tom Ince but failed in a bid to sign the former Liverpool man. <br />
Redknapp has already strengthened his squad with Gary O'Neil, Richard Dunne and Danny Simpson coming on free transfers, and Charlie Austin and Karl Henry coming in for £4m and £1m respectively. <br /><br />
