Lahm wants Barca switch

07 November 2007 - 21:29

Phillipp Lahm is being monitored by Catalan giants Barcelona, and Lahm is eager to join the side himself. Lahm is considered one of the best full-backs in Europe, and was one of the most impressive players in the World Cup in Germany.

  • Man Utd believe they can sign Bournemouth star for £64m
  • Chelsea tipped to make shock move for Marcus Rashford
  • The Germany international is interesting Barca and told Bild: "I'd be delighted to continue my career with Barca, which like Chelsea or Real Madrid is a team that allows you to evolve.

"I'm now 24 and I think you must move to a bigger club when you're 25 or 26 because when you're 29 it can be too late."

Barcelona are expected to be willing to spend around £10m on the Bayern Munich full-back.
