Arsenal have been quoted a price for Newcastle's midfielder Yohan Cabaye and the Toon Army's director of football, Joe Kinnear, has told the Gunners they must cough up the cash if they want to sign the talented midfielder before the end of the transfer window.
"We've told Arsenal our terms, the ball is in their court," said Kinnear.
Arsenal have already had a 10m GBP offer rejected for the French international, and it is understood that Newcastle want at least double that before they even consider selling the player.
Cabaye has so far told his current club that he wishes to take no part in any first team game until his long term future has been cleared up.
