According to the Daily Mail, both Arsenal and Tottenham are doing battle to sign coveted youngster Todor Nevelev. The Bulgarian is currently playing for Botev Plovdiv in his homeland.

The 20-year-old has impressed scouts from all over Europe and it appears that Arsene Wenger and Andre Villas-Boas could be set to make a bid for the youngster before the end of the transfer window.
