The Europa League champions Chelsea are keen on acquiring the services of Barcelona's veteran goalkeeper Victor Valdes on a free transfer next summer.
The 31-year-old Spanish International is expected to make a switch away from the La Liga champions next summer, when his current deal comes to an end.
