Andres Iniesta's father has confirmed that the player will sign a new deal at the Nou Camp. Talks have been ongoing with the 29-year-old, but no agreement has yet to have been made with the player.

Iniesta's father, Jose Antonio, confirmed that the player would soon be signing a new deal: "Anyone who knows Andres, who has spent 18 years at Barcelona, shouldn't doubt his words.<br />

"Andres is still vital to Barcelona's style of play."
