Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland has joined Championship outfit Barnsley on a three month loan deal, inorder to have first team opportunities.
Stoke's Chief Executive Tony Scholes told the club’s official website: "Jack is an outstanding young talent but when we signed him it was on the understanding that he needed to continue his development by playing regular first team football... The manager will be monitoring his progress closely at Barnsley and we wish him every success during his time at Oakwell."
Jack Butland will have huge boots to fill as Barnsley aim to shrug off from the relegation places for yet another season.
