Crystal Palace manager Ian Holloway remains unconcerned by talk of an impending dismissal from his role as the Eagles' manager. Palace have suffered a miserable start to life back in the Premier League.
A reporter asked Holloway if he is was concerned that he is one of the bookmaker's favourites to be fired before the season is out.
A jovial Holloway responded: "I will be in there somewhere. I was linked with it at the end of last season when we ended up going up.
"I have seen managers over the years get the sack for virtually nothing and it is getting worse.
"It was Arsene Wenger after the first game - and now they are top of the league. That man never flinched. He never flickered. He just went and bought probably the player he has got in Ozil and now they are starting to absolutely shine.
"How cool was he all the way along? Any Arsenal fan who doesn't want him should be shot, because the bloke is an absolute genius - pound for pound spent, he has got to be the best.
"You can't even take any notice of it (sack speculation) because if you are looking over your shoulder all the time, how can you go forward? As long as you know where you stand with people, it isn't really a problem."
