  • The Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has envigorated interest on the Croatian International, with the club yet to agree terms with French right-back Bacary Sagna over a contract extension.

With Sagna likely to leave the North London outfit at the end of the season, Wenger has begun sending scouts to the Serie A outfit to watch the talented 19-year-old full-back in action.

Reports suggest that Wenger would sign the talented defender inorder to provide competition to Carl Jenkinson for a first-team spot, should he fail to persuade Sagna in staying with the Gunners next season.
