Premier League giants Chelsea are plotting a £20m transfer offer for Sevilla star Alberto Moreno, during the winter transfer window.

The talented Spaniard is considered as a possible replacement for English veteran left-back Ashley Cole, who turns 33 next month.<br />

The Sunday People claims that the Blues manager Jose Mourinho is keen on adding a Moreno to the ranks, with Cole expected to be phased out of the London outfit over the next year.<br /><br />The report also claims that Chelsea would make a transfer bid of around&nbsp;&pound;20million for the young left-back during the New Year.&nbsp;<br />

Real Madrid and Manchester United are also monitoring the player.
