Juventus' defensive midfielder Arturo Vidal will sign a new contract up until 2016. The talented 26-year-old had been linked with a move away from Serie A, but it appears that he will now be staying put at the Old Lady.
Vidal has attracted the interest of Liverpool, Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund in recent months and news of a new deal at the club is sure to delight the club's board and fans.
"There is very little to go until we sign the new contract. I could sign it tomorrow, I'm just waiting to hear back from the club," said the player.
"I'm always happy here at Juventus because wearing the shirt means the world to me."
