La Liga champions Barcelona are reportedly set to make a transfer bid for Chelsea's Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku at the end of the season.

The talented forward, who is currently on a season-long loan deal at Everton, has insisted on many occasions that he wants to prove his worth to the Blues manager Jose Mourinho.<br />

However, there are doubts over where the Belgian markman's future lies beyond the current season, and it is understood that the Spanish champions are confident of signing the talented forward on a permanent transfer deal in the summer, according to Portuguese sports newspaper A Bola.<br />

Lukaku has been in top form for the Toffees this season having scored eight goals for the club in all competitions.
