Man Utd rule out busy transfer window

United not planning busy January window

Man Utd rule out busy transfer window

09 December 2013 - 06:33

Manchester United manager David Moyes will not be bringing in multiple reinforcements in the January transfer window, despite the fact that United have failed to win a Premier League game in their last four outings.

  • Mikel Arteta insists 27yo star won't be leaving Arsenal
  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • United are currently 13 points off of Arsenal in first place and many have already suggested the Red Devils are out of the Premier League title race.

Despite the fans calling for a new batch of players to be brought in, David Moyes remains calm and insists that there won't be a rush to bring in new signings:

“In any transfer window you don’t want to be bringing in a full batch of players, so I think there’s a period of time that it takes.

“The last one was a difficult one after just joining the club, so we’ve got a window in January where, if we think if it’s right for the club, we’ll do so.

"I don’t think I’ll feel under pressure personally to do it [buy in January] as I’ll try to do the right things."
