Championship outfit Wigan Athletic will reportedly make a January loan offer to sign Chelsea youngster Patrick Bamford.

The 20-year-old striker who has been in excellent form on loan at MK Dons this season, will likely be recalled by Chelsea, as they are keen to move the player up a division into the Championship, as per SportsDirect News.<br />

The deal to sign the talented forward is said to have stalled following Owen Coyle's sacking, and will now be upto new manager Uwe Rosler to sanction it.<br />

Bamford, who won the October's player of the Month award, has amassed 12 goals in 19 appearances for the Dons in the League One.
