Arsenal are reportedly linked with a move for Barcelona striker Pedro, according to The Daily Star.
The Spanish forward has seen his chances with the first-team limited this season, and had earlier admitted of his desire to leave the club during the winter transfer window.
However, an injury to Legendary striker Lionel Messi has forced manager Gerardo Martino in playing the talented striker regularly in the first-team this month, and this may tempt the player in staying with the Catalans for the season.
“I am happy with Barcelona, but things have to be evaluated every season,” Pedro said. “When you play less you do not feel less important, but it is true that you notice playing fewer minutes and it is different.
“But I must fight for my only goal, which is to continue with Barca.”
Should Arsenal make the move for the talented forward in January, they are likely to face a stumbling block over the player's release clause which currently stands at £125m.
Pedro scored a hat-trick in the club's 5-2 win over Getafe at the Coliseum in the La Liga on Sunday.
