Crystal Palace chasing Nikica Jelavic

Everton striker Nikica Jelavic has been linked with a move to Crystal Palace. The Eagles' manager Tony Pulis has identified the striker as a potential January transfer target.

The Croatian international has slipped down the pecking order at Goodison Park this year and has been linked with a move away, with his former club Rangers amongst the teams all holding a long term interest in the player.<br />

Crystal Palace are apparently in pole position to secure his signature though, as Tony Pulis has made signing a striker his top priority this month.<br />

Jelavic has also attracted the attention of other Premier League teams, with Hull City also registering their interest.
