Arsenal and Chelsea battling for Adrien Rabiot signature

Both Arsenal and Chelsea are expected to battle for the signing of French midfielder Adrien Rabiot. The 18-year-old has so far struggled to force his way into Paris St Germain's first team plans.

The talented youngster is one of the best young prospects at Paris St Germain but is currently unhappy at a lack of first team opportunity. Arsenal have sent chief French scout Gilles Grimandi to watch the midfielder in action, and sent a glowing report back to chief scout Steve Rowley regarding the progress of the former Man City youngster.<br />

Rabiot has been in and out of the PSG first team so far this year, playing in 21 games so far, but the lure of a move to England is proving difficult for him to resist. PSG currently value the player at around 15 million Euros.
