Dortmund eye Inter defender

12 January 2014 - 12:27

According to Sky Italia Borussia Dortmund are eyeing a move for Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia. The Germans have lost the services of both first choice center backs Mats Hummels and Neven Subotic. Consequently their form has suffered and they sit fourth in the Bundesliga table.

  • Chelsea to battle Leeds for Zion Suzuki?
  • Aston Villa set staggering price tag for Morgan Rogers
  • The good news is that Inter are willing to sell but are demanding a fee of €16 million. However other sources report that they could settle for €12 million.

It appears as though the Italian International’s time at San Siro is coming to an end having made only 14 league appearances under new coach Walter Mazzarri.

Ranochhia joined the Nerazzurri in 2011 from Genoa and has since gone on to make 74 league appearances for the club.
