Everton manager Roberto Martinez is considering a move for Osasuna striker Oriol Riera during the winter transfer window.
Martinez is keen on a move for the 27-year-old Spanish forward, as he aims to strengthen the club's attacking options in January, to stake a claim for a Champions League qualification spot come the end of the season.
The Toffees are apparently short upfront following the departure of Nikica Jelavic to Hull City over the past week, and are keen on adding a striker sooner rather than later.
Everton are currently fifth in the Premier League with 41 points.
