Former Everton manager David Moyes is set to frustrate his former club once more as he seemingly makes Ross Barkley his top transfer target for the January transfer window.Whilst it is assumed that Barkley is happy to stay put at Goodison Park, rumours suggest that United are to make one surprise bid for the England international and the offer could be in the region of 25 million GBP.
Roberto Martinez is sure to reject United's bid for Barkley but the audacity of Moyes is surely the major talking point. Barkley still has over two years remaining on his current contract.
