West Ham manager Sam Allardyce has sent club representatives to Italy to thrash out a loan deal to bring Antonio Nocerino and Marco Borriello to Upton Park.

  • Wayne Rooney makes big Chelsea claim for next season
  • The 28-year-old midfielder Nocerino has been linked with a transfer to the Hammers for over a month and now looks set to swap his current club, AC Milan, for a move to England. Nocerino has played in 10 Serie A games for his club so far this year.

AS Roma forward Marco Borriello is also looking for a transfer away from his club and has indicated in the past that a move to London at the end of his career would complete one of his dreams.

This year Borriello has played in 11 games and scored 1 goal for his current club.
