Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna, who is out of contract this upcoming summer, could be set for a shock free transfer to Manchester City. Manuel Pellegrini, City's manager, wants to bring in the French international as soon as his contract expires. Sagna has so far stalled on his discussions over a fresh deal at the Gunners. City are reportedly ready to offer the player a three year contract.
