Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund are reportedly keen on making a transfer offer for AC Milan's Italian striker Stephan El Shaarawy during the summer.

A report from SportsDirect News claims that BVB are hopeful of signing the Italian forward as a potential replacement for outbound Robert Lewandowski, who is set to join league rivals Bayern Munich in the summer on a free transfer.



Dortmund are expected to have a bidding war for El Shaarawy, with reported interest from the Premier League, and will make a bid in the region of £15m at the end of the campaign.



The 21-year-old has made just five appearances for the Rossoneri this season.
