West Ham chasing Samuel Inkoom

West Ham have made a bid for defender Samuel Inkoom, who currently plays for Greek side Platanias on loan from Ukrainian side Dnipro. The 24-year-old is valued at around £3.5 million.

  • West Ham scouts have been sent to keep an eye on the Ghanaian international after a number of impressive performances playing for his temporary Greek side and manager Sam Allardyce is looking to bolster his squad for next season with the signing of at least three new defenders.

    The 5 foot 10 right back has spent three years with Dnipro so far and prior to that he had a spell in Switzerland with Basel. The 24-year-old has appeared for Ghana's national team 44 times, scoring 1 goal.
