The talented midfield star was in top form during the club's 4-0 thrashing of Bayer Leverkusen in the first leg of the Champions League knock-outs, which edged the French champions towards the last eight of the Europe's elite football competition.



The report claims that Les Parisiens have all but agreed on a new deal with the French star, and this is likely to dash the hopes of Chelsea and Manchester City, who were believed to be keen on his services in the summer.
