Inter Milan are keen on securing the services of Chelsea midfield John Obi Mikel in the summer transfer window, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report claims that the Nerazzurri manager Walter Mazzarri is interested in signing a top-class holding midfielder in the summer, and considers the 26-year-old as a top transfer option.
Mikel has been in and out of the Blues line up over the past month, and the arrival of Nemanja Matic in January, is likely to end his stay in West London at the end of the season.
Inter could land the Nigerian international's signature in the summer for a fee of around £12m.
