Manchester United are apparently open to the sale of star striker Robin Van Persie following his poor attitude towards the club's tactical plans under manager David Moyes.
The Dutchman has been hindered by injuries at different stages of the campaign , and is believed to be disillusioned by life at Old Trafford over the past few months having seen the club slump to seventh place in the Premier League for the first time since the last century.
The Daily Star claims that Moyes does not consider Van Persie as part of his plans for the future and will listen to offers for the player during the summer transfer window.
With the Red Devils set to have a huge transfer kitty of over £100m to spend in the summer, Moyes could be tempted in cashing in on the 30-year-old, who is speculated to be open to a surprise return to Arsenal for the next campaign.
Van Persie has scored 14 goals in 20 games for the Red Devils this season.
