Manchester United's star striker Robin van Persie has dismissed reports associating him with a summer exit from the club.
The Dutch international was deemed to be unhappy with the club's tactical plans under manager David Moyes, and was linked with a switch away from the Red Devils at the end of the season.
However, The Mirror reports that the former Arsenal man is more than 'happy' to see out his deal with the Manchester giants.
"The truth is I'm very happy at this club. I signed for four years and I'd be delighted to stay even longer, beyond the next two years I have left on my contract." He said. "This is how I feel, although it's not what has been suggested. I'm very happy with my teammates and I'm very happy with my manager and his staff."
United have endured a tough spell under Moyes this season, and currently find themselves 6th in the Premier League standings.
