Lallana's excellent performances for the Saints this season have not only earned him a place in the England national side, but also attracted interest from a host of top Premier League clubs for his services in the summer.

 

The People claims that the Reds are reading to put forward an offer which would see the 25-year-old earn about £50,000-a-week.

 

Liverpool lead the Premier League standings with 80 points.
