Arsenal are understood to be keen on landing highly-talented Derby County midfielder Will Hughes this summer.

Hughes has been in excellent form for Derby when called upon this season, and it is now thought that a host of Premier League clubs will be lining up offers for his services.



However, Arsenal look the favourites with manager Arsene Wenger having an excellent record of grooming youth talents into star footballers in recent years.

 

The Rams failed to clinch promotion to the Premier League as they were beaten by Queens Park Rangers by a 1-0 scoreline in the play-off final on Saturday.
