Arsenal plot £15m bid for David Marshall

Arsenal are reportedly readying a summer bid worth £15m for the services of Cardiff City goalkeeper David Marshall, according to The Telegraph.

The talented shot-stopper impressed for the Bluebirds last season, in spite of the club being relegated from the Premier League.

 

The Telegraph reports that the Gunners are keen on luring the Scotland international to the Emirates this summer. In addition to this, the North London club consider the 29-year-old as an ideal addition to provide competition to Wojciech Szczesny for the number one spot.

 

Marshall signed a new four-year deal with the Welsh outfit in February.
