Juventus to sign Samuel Eto'o?

27 May 2014 - 23:20

Serie A giants Juventus could make a move for Cameroon international Samuel Eto'o in the upcoming transfer window, according to Sport Mediaset.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game

  • Eto'o who spent the season at the Blues, is currently a free agent, and it is believed that the Turin outfit are keen on securing his services following their failure to sign Ivory Coast star Didier Drogba on a free transfer.

Drogba, who decided to leave Galatasaray upon expiry of his contract, is keen on playing his trade in Europe, but Juve are reluctant to offer more than a one-year contract.

It now seems that the Turin giants would now shift their attentions to Eto'o, who is unlikely to sign a new deal with Chelsea following his poor relationship with manager Jose Mourinho.
