Arsenal are reportedly set to reject the chance to sign former star Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona this summer. according to The Mail.
The Spain international was a fans favourite at the Gunners before his switch to the Catalan giants three seasons ago, and widespread reports had claimed that Fabregas would prefer to join the North London outfit as a first option, should he exit the Camp Nou.
However, the Mail claims that manager Arsene Wenger won't be involved in the race for the Spaniard's signature as the club have a vast array of midfield talent, and need to strengthen in other departments.
This could be good news for the likes of Manchester United and Manchester City, who has been linked with the player's services in recent weeks.
