Saint Etienne goalkeeper Stephane Ruffier has been linked with a surprise move to Arsenal as a long term replacement for Lukasz Fabianski. The French international joined St Etienne in 2011.
According to reports from France, Arsenal are ready to pay around 3 million Euros to secure the 6 foot 2 goalkeeper's signature. The keeper had once been linked with a move to Manchester City, but a deal failed to come to fruition as the Citizens signed Costel Pantilimon instead.
Ruffier is believed to be hoping to complete a move to England this summer.
