Tottenham beat Aalborg 3-2 thanks to three second half goals. Spurs went in at the break trailing 2-0, but goals from Berbatov, Malbranque and Darren Bent in 20 quickfire minutes got Tottenham back on track.

  • It was Juande Ramos' first game in charge since Martin Jol left, and the early scare wouldn't have been the start he was after.



    Juande Ramos' switch of formation and personnel and half-time team talk which reinvigorated Spurs and put them in the driving seat.



    Thomas Endvoldsen's 22-yard strike put the visitors ahead before Kasper Risgard's bundled in from close range.



    Ramos' reshuffle put them back in control after 66 minutes though, with goals from Berbatov, Malbranque and Bent.



    Huddlestone played Berbatov through on goal and he poked the ball past advancing keeper Karim Zaza.



    Berbatov's cross from the right was guided on by Keane to Malbranque who smashed home to make it 2-2 on the night.



    Then, Darren Bent made it 3-2 and put them back in control on 66 minutes as he tapped home an Aaron Lennon shot.
