  • The talented 22-year-old French youth international has emerged as a surprise target for the Hammers, with the Upton Park outfit reportedly having tabled a bid back in May. The former Lens and Lyon man has attracted interest from home and abroad but it is understood West Ham are firmly in pole position to secure his signature.

Kolodziejczak, otherwise known as Kolo, has two further years remaining on his current deal at Nice and had been expected to sign a new contract at the French club last January.

The Hammers are expected to make an official offer for the player this week.
