Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has apparently told his friends that he would love to join La Liga giants Barcelona during the summer transfer window.
The Uruguayan international had a great season with the Reds last season, as they finished runners-up in the Premier League.
Reports had revealed yesterday that the Catalan outfit would make a bid in the region of £56m, with Chilean striker Alexis Sanchez likely to be offered as a makeweight in the deal.
According to Sport, Suarez has now stated his desire to play for Barca, and is willing to have talks with the Spanish side over the transfer.Â
Suarez scored 31 goals in the Premier League for Liverpool last season.
