Tottenham and Swansea City have agreed a fee for left back Ben Davies and an announcement is expected later once personal terms have been agreed. Spurs' manager Mauricio Pochettino had made the signing of a left sided defender his top priority this summer.
Swansea City have already completed a move for Davies' replacement today, having signed Stephen Kingsley from Falkirk and now a deal for Davies is certain to be wrapped up with no hiccups some time this week.
Tottenham will pay a reported £7.8 million transfer fee to secure the Welsh international's coveted signature.
