Stoke City are apparently preparing a summer offer for Shakhtar Donetsk star Eduardo da Silva, according to The Star.
The talented forward spent three seasons with the Gunners, before his switch to Shakhtar Donetsk in the summer of 2010.
The 31-year-old is now out of contract after leaving the Ukrainian giants, and The Star claims that Stoke boss Mark Hughes is keen on bringing him back to the top flight of English football.
Eduardo featured in just one game for the Croatian national side at the World Cup in Brazil, as they were knocked out during the group stages.
