Manchester United have yet to make a formal offer for Feyenoord defender Stefan de Vrij, according to his agent.
Reports earlier claimed that the Red Devils had agreed on a £8m transfer fee to sign the 22-year-old from the Eredivisie oufit after the World Cup finals in Brazil.
However, de Vrij's agent Carl Thomas has dismissed the claims insisting that his client has no clue on the transfer speculation.
"We have no agreement with Manchester United, nor have we signed for them.I don't know where this rumour came from. Stefan is concentrated only on the World Cup and he wants to continue doing well." He said.
