Chelsea make fresh offer for Filipe Luis

Chelsea have reportedly made a renewed bid of around £15m offer for the services of Atletico Madrid defender Filipe Luis, according to The Times.

The Brazilian full-back, who is considered as one among the best full-backs in the La Liga, has been constantly linked with a switch to the Blues over the past few months.

The Times claims that the West London club have come up with a new £15m offer, after their initial £10m was rebuffed by the Spanish champions.

It is understood that the Basque club are looking at a fee closer to £20m for the talented left-back.

Chelsea have already secured the signature of Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid this summer.
