Neville: England can never copy Germany

England coach Gary Neville has commented on his country's national football and says that the Three Lions will never be able to copy Germany's holistic approach to football.

Many see a change of style as key towards England's future successes, and copying Germany appears to be what the country's media is pushing for. 

However, Neville wrote: “People who write ‘England should follow the German route’ are either oblivious to the obstacle or believe in magic wands.

"Of course it would be great to follow that route but you may as well at present say ‘England needs weather like Spain. I’m confident the mountain is starting to move. It is a slow shift and results will take time but I see things happening behind the scenes."
