Stoke City have agreed a £7 million fee with Liverpool to secure the signing of midfielder Oussama Assaidi. The player spent last season on loan at Mark Hughes' side.
It is understood that after two weeks of fierce negotation between the two Premier League teams, a fee has now been agreed and Assaidi is free to make a move to Stoke on a permanent basis.
The Potters have beaten late interest from newly promoted duo Leicester City and Burnley to Assaidi's signature.
