  • The 24-year-old is set to become Crystal Palace's major signing of the summer, in a deal worth a reported £6.5 million. Manager Tony Pulis has moved swiftly to secure the attacking midfielder ahead of potential rivals for the player's signature, including both Leicester City and Aston Villa.

Sigurdsson had attracted interest from the Bundesliga but has insisted on staying in England for the time being.
