Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told reporters that no further attackers will be brought to the Emirates this summer. The Gunners have already moved quickly to capture Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona.

  • Arsenal leading race to sign Belgian midfielder

  • The Gunners had been linked with a host of players this month but it is now understood that Arsenal will only make a move for a defensive midfielder, goalkeeper and a centre back before the transfer window slams shut.

Wenger told reporters: "It depends whether our midfielders get through now until the start of the season without injuries. Up front we don’t need any more, maybe I will still bring in one centre-back."

Arsenal will seal a deal for Colombian goalkeeper David Ospina today for a fee of 4.78 million Euros.
