Napoli manager Rafa Benitez is plotting wholesale changes of his squad and wants to start his busy summer with a move for Spanish midfielder Javi Garcia.

The Serie A side are also looking to sign Lucas Leiva but would prefer to bring in Javi Garcia as their first choice defensive midfielder.

The Italian club have a reported 45 million euro budget to spend on new players.
